Pastor

Ray and Leisa Carter

We are Ray and Leisa Carter. We were married in 1983 and first surrendered our lives to the Lord Jesus Christ in 1990 & 1989, respectively. We are beyond blessed to have a large close family consisting of 5 children Nichole, Allison, Zechariah, Noah, and Caleb, and our sons and daughters in law, Adam, Brandon, Angela, and Jessica. We have four grandsons Micah, Seth, Eli, and Caden. We also have two precious granddaughters Aria and Brielle. Our most treasured moments are when all of us are together. Since 1996, it has been our pleasure to serve the people of our fellowship as pastor and pastor's wife. Jesus told Peter in John 21:15-17 to feed and tend His sheep. Jesus laid this call on Peter's life as an evidence of Peter's love. This is the call of God on our lives as well. I have the primary privilege of teaching, praying for and loving those who call Redemption Hill their home. Leisa is helps lead women's ministry as well using her gifts in many ways, to build up the body of Christ here. Our passion is for God and for people.

Worship & Youth Ministry Leader

Kaleb Pragle

My name is Kaleb Pragle and I grew up in upstate New York. After high school I started attending a four year college, but after the first year felt God calling me into ministry. I ended up relocating to California to intern at a church. From there I had the opportunity to spend 6 months in the Philippines and Japan doing missions work before returning to California for a short time. I started working here at Redemption Hill Calvary Chapel in February 2021, and have been leading worship full time since.

Youth Pastor

Zachary Slater
My name is Zach Slater and I am currently the Assistant Pastor at Redemption Hill Calvary Chapel (RHCC). I was born and raised in Lake Havasu City and have always attended RHCC, but hadn’t truly surrendered my life to Christ until the summer of 2013. In the spring of 2014, I began my first semester at Calvary Chapel Bible College, graduating in the spring of 2016. Since completing my degree, I’ve had the privilege of leading the youth and young adults at RHCC. In September of 2017 I happily married my wonderful wife who works alongside me in ministry as the Children's Ministry Director and we welcomed our first daughter July of 2019. We are so excited to see what the Lord has for us in ministry. Contact:z_slater@cchavasu.com

Administrative Assistant & Children's Ministry Director

Faith Slater
Like my husband Zach, I was born and raised in Lake Havasu City and have also been coming to RHCC my whole life. We actually met growing up in this church! After highschool, I attended Grand Canyon University and got my BFA in Dance Education in 2017, and the same year we got married. In July 2019 we welcomed our baby girl. It's been wonderful being able to serve the church alongside my husband. Contact Faith:administration@cchavasu.com
